SHIPPING POLICY
- Shipping Method: Smaller pieces are boxed and shipped by ground carrier, and larger pieces travel by freight or white glove delivery.
- Rates: Estimated rates appear at checkout, or choose Request a Delivery Quote and we'll price delivery to your address, usually within two business days.
- Shipping Areas: We ship throughout the U.S. Alaska, Hawaii and international deliveries are quoted individually. Local delivery and pickup are available in Birmingham.
- Timing: Once your order is placed, our team will be in touch to coordinate delivery.
- Tracking: When available, tracking details are emailed once your order ships.
RETURNS POLICY
- All Sales Final: All sales are final, though we understand a return or refund is sometimes necessary. Please reach out to hello@odettecollective.com or 205.324.7613, and we'll review each request on a case-by-case basis.
- Transit Damage: If a piece arrives damaged in transit, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs.
